What areas can I use Phantomira™ on?
Phantomira™ is designed for small facial areas like the upper lip, chin, and sideburns. It helps remove visible facial hair without using a razor or waxing strips.
Can I use it on my eyebrows?
No. Do not use Phantomira™ on eyebrows, eyelids, or near the eyes. The eye area is delicate, and the cream should never come into contact with your eyes.
Can I use it inside my nose?
No. Phantomira™ is for external facial use only. Do not apply it inside the nose, ears, lips, or any internal area.
How long should I leave it on?
Start checking after 5 minutes. If the hair does not wipe away easily, leave it on a little longer, but do not exceed 10 minutes total.
Does it hurt?
Phantomira™ is made to be a blade-free and wax-free option. You should not feel burning. If you feel stinging, burning, or strong discomfort, remove it immediately and rinse with cool water.
Do I need to patch test first?
Yes. Always patch test 24 hours before full use, even if you have used similar products before. Facial skin can react differently depending on skincare, sun exposure, and sensitivity.
Can I use it if I use retinol or acids?
Be careful. If you use retinol, retinoids, exfoliating acids, or strong active skincare, avoid using Phantomira™ on irritated or freshly treated skin. Give your skin time to rest before and after hair removal.
How often can I use it?
Wait at least 72 hours before using it again on the same area. Overusing hair removal cream can make facial skin feel irritated or sensitive.
Will my hair grow back thicker?
No. Removing hair at the surface does not change the actual hair follicle. Hair may feel different as it grows back, but Phantomira™ does not make hair permanently thicker.
Is the result permanent?
No. Phantomira™ provides temporary facial hair removal. It removes visible hair from the skin’s surface, so hair will naturally grow back over time.
Can I apply makeup after using it?
It is best to let your skin rest first. After use, rinse thoroughly and allow the skin to calm before applying heavy makeup or strong skincare products.
What should I avoid after use?
For 24 hours, avoid harsh exfoliants, alcohol-based products, strong actives, heavy fragrance, sunbathing, or anything that may irritate the treated area.
